HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

RETURN BY POSTAL MAIL

Put the items you want to return in the box or on where you received the shipment, and send it to YOURBAN STORE, Paseo de Extremadura 122 1D Madrid, Madrid. 28011 Spain

To ensure that we receive the package smoothly, we recommend that you request an acknowledgment if this service is available.

An email notification will be sent to you when we have processed your return. You will receive a refund using the same form of payment with which you paid for the purchase within 10 to 14 days, depending on your bank.



RETURN POLICY

You can return your order online within 30 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.

For hygiene and safety reasons, masks, boxers and briefs can only be returned if the original package has not been opened, if they have not been used and if they are in the same condition as they were sent, with all their labels intact.

Returned products must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and must have their original label. We will not accept or refund incomplete or used or laundered products.

If the products have deteriorated due to more extensive use, we reserve the right to return the product to the sender.

Try not to return multiple orders in one package to ensure that you receive your refund as soon as possible. Each order you are returning must be packed separately, to speed up and facilitate the return process.

REFUNDS

If you retract your order according to the instructions, we will refund all payments you have paid us, excluding standard shipping costs and possible administration costs, without any undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to return the products.

However, we can stop the refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided us with proof of sending your return, whichever comes first. Once your returned products have been checked and inspected in our warehouse, we will inform you of the refund by email. The refund will be made on the same card or account that was used to place the order.

Refunds usually take 8-10 business days to appear on your account once you receive the notification email. The business practices of your card issuing company determine how long it takes for the refund to occur. If you want to know the status of the refund, check your account online or talk to the card issuing company.

Gift returns will be credited to the original buyer.

You will be reimbursed in full for shipping costs if you return the entire order.

No refund of shipping charges will be made for partial returns, unless items are returned for a manufacturing defect.

If this is the case, the refund of the shipping costs will reflect the percentage of the items returned (that is, if an item of three is returned, only 1/3 of the shipping costs will be refunded).

To receive a full refund it is important that we receive the products in the same state in which they arrived. The returned product must be complete, unused, unwashed and with all its labels intact.

CHANGES

We do not have an item exchange service at this time.

As soon as the returned package reaches our warehouse, we will send you an email notification and a refund will be issued.

If you want any other product, color or size, you can place a new order.
