SHIPPING

- Express Shipping - 24h to 72h (Peninsular Spain).
- Normal Shipping - 3 to 7 days (Peninsular Spain).
- Shipping to other locations in Europe can take up to 7 days and to other countries up to 12 days.
- The shipments have a variable cost according to the shipping area.
- It is sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands.

PLACES AND TIMES OF DELIVERY

Our goal is to deliver your order as soon as possible. For information on the countries to which we ship, delivery time, price and partners must be checked at the time of purchase where the calculation of terms, prices and shipping conditions will be taught in detail for you. Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on (official) holidays will be processed the following business day. If it is impossible for us to send your items in this period of time, we will inform you when possible. We only have 30 minutes to change your order (product, size, color or address) after it has been placed.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a shipping confirmation email the moment your order leaves our warehouse. This email will include a link with information about the tracking and location of your order, provided by the carrier in charge of your shipment.

SHIPPING TO SEVERAL PLACES

We do not currently offer shipping to multiple addresses. If you want to send the same order to several addresses, we advise you to place an order for each address.

DAMAGE

Every order we ship from our warehouse is carefully inspected.

In the event that you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer support team.

Before accepting your delivery, inspect the package and its contents for possible damage that may have occurred during shipping.

It is normal for the cardboard to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant, we ask you to do the following:

If the damage is minor, please accept the package but please comment the damage on the delivery receipt, please sign and date.
If the cardboard is really damaged, you can reject your order. Under this circumstance, please contact us immediately.
When you contact the customer service team, please have your order number, item number, and tracking number handy (all of this information appears in your shipping confirmation email), along with your email address and number. of phone.

We will do our best to refund your purchase as soon as we receive the returned order.
